1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

4 Account Security

5 Deposits

5.1 Minimum Deposit

5.2 Deposit Processing Time

Deposits made via mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your jk77 account in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 working hours to reflect, depending on the processing time of the originating bank.

5.3 Platform Fees

jk77 does not charge any platform-side deposit fee. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside jk77's control and are your responsibility to verify before making a deposit.

5.4 Declined Deposits

If a deposit transaction fails or is declined, jk77 will notify you. In the event that funds are debited from your wallet or bank account but do not appear in your jk77 balance within 30 minutes, you must contact jk77 support with the transaction reference number so that the issue can be investigated promptly.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your jk77 account are paid in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) to the same payment method used to make your most recent deposit, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

6.2 KYC Requirement

6.4 Withdrawal Limits

6.5 Bonus-Linked Funds

15 Governing Law
